01 / Room View

Drag to orbit. Pinch or scroll to zoom. Use LOOK and MOVE together; use the labeled arrows for elevation. Reset brings you home.

02 / My Seat

Sit at eye level with the physical room screen or your tabletop display. Drag horizontally or tap Look left / Look right to turn. The floating presentation appears when you look away. Tap Face screen to return. Your own body is hidden.

03 / Presentation

Read the shared content in a stable workspace. Room navigation is off. Use Share your screen for a local capture preview.

Always in the conversation

Lounge tools opens one panel at a time. The floating presentation follows exploration; drag its header, cycle dock corners, resize, collapse or expand.

Keyboard: Tab through controls. Arrow keys operate the focused thumb control; Enter/Space holds elevation. On the room: Shift + arrows turns, arrows pans, +/− zooms, R resets. Escape closes tools or expansion.

Honest local demonstration

Your signed-in account, meeting metadata and invitations use Zone’s protected storage. Avatar attendance, chat, polls, notes and decisions remain local to this browser. Preview as is an identity filter, not authentication. Documents remain on this device; reselect them after reload. No live presence, remote chat, screen broadcast, microphone or camera connection is configured. Invitation email opens in your email app; Zone cannot confirm delivery.

PDFs use the browser viewer. Their internal page changes are not synchronized with the room or floating canvas; use images or text for synchronized local presentations.
